I. Holiday Schedule

During the National Day holiday, our offline stores will be closed for in-person consultations and on-site meetings. To ensure uninterrupted service, we have activated...Online on-duty service：

1. Online consultation remains available throughout the holiday. You can still receive messages regarding patent inquiries, solution consultations, quote requests, and contract coordination.

2. On-duty staff will reply to customer messages and handle urgent matters on a scheduled basis. Non-urgent items will be prioritized after the holiday.

3. Routine business coordination, document submission, and manuscript confirmation are being received as usual; we will accelerate implementation immediately after the holiday.

III. Patent Service Timeliness Overview

1. Official declaration timelineThe CNIPA system will be unavailable for application acceptance and review from 10/1 to 10/7. Patent new applications, amendments, filings, and other materials received during the holiday will be processed on the first business day after the holiday. The official filing date will be determined by the actual entry time at the CNIPA.

2.Case Progress HandlingRoutine matters such as ongoing cases, responses to office actions, and annuity monitoring will be registered and preserved. Priority processing will resume immediately after the holiday to maximize protection of clients' intellectual property rights.

3. Urgent Business NoticeFor urgent matters such as approaching response deadlines, patent enforcement, or emergency filings, contact your dedicated consultant anytime for coordination.
