Recently, the JUSOU Patent Agency team was invited to attend an intellectual property services exchange meeting, where we engaged in in-depth discussions with multiple peer institutions on practical topics such as improving patent drafting quality and strategies for responding to office actions.
At the meeting, team members shared practical insights on drafting patent claim layouts and ensuring sufficient disclosure in specifications, followed by case studies on response strategies under current examination trends. All participants agreed that strengthening ongoing industry collaboration will enhance overall service quality and better support innovation entities.
